Widely known for the “Fill Your Bag with Produce For $15” promotion, Miller Farms offers one of the largest selections of produce, meat, and eggs here at the Fort Collins Farmers Market! All produce is chemical-free, never with the use of pesticides, herbicides, or insecticides. Miller Farms believes that farm-fresh veggies should be accessible to everyone, which is why the “Fill Your Bag” sale is a recurring favorite feature at every market throughout the season.

Joe Miller, the owner of Miller Farms, inherited his passion for agriculture from growing up on the farm his parents once purchased back in 1949. His parents, Roy and Dorothy, taught him key skills that eventually led to him taking over and expanding the farm into now one of the largest in Colorado with thousands of annual visitors. Miller Farms harvests a large variety of fresh vegetables including beets, carrots, potatoes, onions, zucchini, summer squash, lettuce, sweet corn, cucumbers, celery, tomatoes, and much more! In addition to harvesting vegetables, they also raise beef from birth to butcher. All animals are pasture-raised, and fed a vegetarian diet along with grassy hay, antibiotic-free, hormone free, and have no byproducts. Butchered in a USDA facility, vacuum sealed and the date of butcher is stamped on the package!
